Personal Training & Fast Weight Loss $250
This plan is for those who have previous experience training in a gym and need a little refresher to get going again. The package includes one session in the gym with a trainer and the First 10 Pounds nutrition plan. In the gym you will be physically assessed - body weight, body composition, body measurements, and strength - and put through a workout that you can take away and do on your own.
Fast Weight Loss and 3 Training Sessions $450
If you're new to the gym or just want more sessions with a trainer to ensure you understand your program, this is the package for you. You will receive the First 10 Pounds plan as well as 3 personal training sessions where a program will be developed to meet your specific needs.
Meal Plans and Personal Training $450
If you're confident in the gym but lacking in nutrition knowledge or discipline the Triple Pack is your answer. With this program you will receive the First 10 Pounds meal plan as well as the Last Few Pounds plan. You will also spend one session in the gym with a trainer who will assess you physically and build you a customized workout program.
