Program Descriptions

Fast Track $325

Get firm and lean as you shed unwanted body fat over a 4 week period. You'll earn your results in this intense full body workout program training 4 days each week. This 16 session Fast Track pack is all the exercise you'll need for the month!

4 Weeks, 4 days/week, 5:45 or 7am, Monday to Thursday, The Mill Bistro Coal Harbour See Map


Back on Track $300

Get back to a regular workout routine that you can feel! Train 3 times a week with flexibility to choose your training days. Prefer a consistent schedule like 7am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings or choose to join another Firm Body program like the Fast Trackers or Shake It Up group if that works. Just fit these 12 sessions in somehow and you'll feel the results in no time!

4 Weeks, 3 days/week, 7am, choose your days, The Mill Bistro Coal Harbour See Map


Shake It Up $175

Train twice per week for a month. If you're already exercising add or substitute these sessions into your regular routine to blast through plateaus. If you haven't been active lately, starting with just a couple of workouts each week keeps it safe, manageable and you'll still get noticeable results!!

4 Weeks, 2 days/week, 5:45am, 7am, or 6:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday, Sunset Beach, West End (Coal Harbour location for AM programs) See Map
