Kick-Assess Double $275
Gain confidence in your new program and follow up your assessment with an apprehend/adjust session.

  • A second 60 minute follow-up session with your trainer
  • Ask about your program plus get answers to general health and fitness questions
  • Get visual and tactical reminders on exercise technique
  • Practice and get immediate feedback from your trainer
